Norm Strehlow, CIC - eMail Norm
Norm's insurance career began in 1975 working with his father, Charles, who started Strehlow Insurance Agency in 1956. In 1978, Norm earned the prestigious CIC designation retaining ever since by attending the required annual update seminars. Soon after purchasing in 1980, Norm changed the agency name to Insurance By Strehlow moving to its present convenient location in 1981.
His experience and education assures the professional delivery of personal, commercial, and life/health insurance products to a wide diversification of clientele.

DeVonne Kolling - eMail DeVonne
DeVonne joined our staff in 1991 after three prior years of insurance secretarial experience. In 1996, she obtained her property-casualty insurance license. Her specialty is the writing and servicing of personal lines insurance products including auto, home, and recreational vehicles. DeVonne's experience and computer skills assures the timely and accurate servicing of your insurance needs. |

Kelly Kurth - eMail Kelly
Kelly graduated from Ridgewater College in 1999 with an Associates of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and then from the University of Minnesota, Morris in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She began her career with Insurance by Strehlow on January 1, 2004. She is licensed in Property, Casualty, Life, Accident, and Health. Kelly's specialty is writing and servicing personal lines insurance products, which include homeowners' policies (especially hobby farms) and auto insurance policies. Kelly's proficient computer skills allow her to promptly and accurately provide quotations, endorsements, applications, premium payments, and claims services to agency producers and clientele. Kelly was married in August of 2003, and had her first child in May of 2006. Kelly's hobbies include riding and showing American Quarter Horses. |

Andy Jacobson - eMail Andy
Andy graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in the Spring of 2002 returning to his hometown, Willmar, soon thereafter. With a passion for golf and working with people, he spent the next two years working at local golf shops and the YMCA. Looking for a challenging and rewarding career, Andy chose insurance allowing him to help his many acquaitenances with their insurance needs. Upon completion of Property & Casualty licensing requirements, he joined Insurance By Strehlow April 1, 2004. Since then, Andy has found success in providing the RIGHT personal and commercial coverages for his many clients. Marrying in September 2004, he and Sara are committed long term to the Willmar area! |

Steve Shea - eMail Steve
Steve grew up in Glenwood, MN enjoying high school football, baseball, and basketball with a passion for golf to follow. After graduating from Moorhead State University, he began in retail sales with JC Penny Company. In 1976, Steve's insurance career began with Mutual Service receiving extensive training from them in multiple lines of insurance. Steve moved to Willmar in 1999 successfully producing commercial and personal lines of insurance with an established local independent agency. In June of 2005, he joined Insurance by Strehlow and began transferring his client accounts to insurers of his new agency home. Steve target's commercial accounts, designing policies with accurate details, proper coverage's and competitive premiums. His experience, along with our talented commercial lines CSR, Patty Allen, offers our areas very best commercial lines insurance expertise and service! Patty Allen - eMail Patty
Patty began her insurance career on the company side spending six years with American Family followed by seventeen years with Harleysville Insurance (previously Minnesota Mutual and Minnesota Fire & Casualty). Her company training and experience has been exclusively in commercial lines - the majority of her time dedicated to underwriting. In December of 2000, Patty joined a large metro area agency, RJF Agencies located in Plymouth, MN. While there, she obtained her agent's license and provided support and service for her producer's large book of commercial lines accounts. She relocated to Willmar and joined our staff in May 2005, exclusively servicing our commercial lines accounts. Her knowledge, experience, attention to details and organizational skills assures the professional delivery and servicing of commercial lines insurance products to agency clientele. Patty has three adult children. Her hobbies and other interests include a variety of sporting events, traveling plus breeding and showing American Cocker Spaniels. |

Angie Crooks - eMail Angie
Angie grew up in Iowa moving to Minnesota in 2002. She graduated in May of 2005 from MN West Community & Technical College with an Associates of Applied Science Degree to be a Medical Administrative Secretary. Her insurance career began in October of 2006 offering opportunity and several new challenges. Her energy, enthusiasm, friendliness, and proficient computer skills will assure long term professional service to agency clientele. Angie's hobbies include fishing, boating, and spending time with her husband and daughter. |
