Kim Nygaard, CISR
Kim began her insurance career in 2003 when she became licensed in property & casualty, life, and health insurance. She obtained her CISR designation in 2006. While the majority of Kim's insurance career has been focused on evaluating business risks and making sure they are properly insured, Kim also enjoys working with individuals & families to make sure their personal assets are insured properly.
Andy graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in the Spring of 2002 returning to his hometown, Willmar, soon thereafter. With a passion for golf and working with people, he spent the next two years working at local golf shops and the YMCA. Looking for a challenging and rewarding career, Andy chose insurance, allowing him to help his many acquaintances with their insurance needs. Andy joined Insurance By Strehlow April 1, 2004. Since then, Andy has found success in providing personal and commercial coverage for his many clients. Marrying in September 2004, he and Sara are committed long-term to the Willmar area!
Sara Lieser, CISR
Sara began her insurance career in 1997 working with personal lines customers and started working with commercial clients in 2007. Whether with co-workers or clients, Sara's true passion is helping other people find answers and succeed.
Sara's philosophy is that most problems can be solved if you ask good questions and are willing to work to find the answer.
Norm Strehlow, CIC
Norm's insurance career began in 1975 working with his father, Charles, who started Strehlow Insurance Agency in 1956. In 1978, Norm earned the prestigious CIC designation retaining ever since by attending the required annual update seminars. Soon after purchasing in 1980, Norm changed the agency name to Insurance By Strehlow moving to its present location in 1981.
His experience and education assures the professional delivery of personal, commercial, and life/health insurance products to a wide diversification of clientele.
Tammy started her insurance gig in 2003 after she sold her coffee shop in New London. Upon finding she had a love for supplying insurance solutions to customers based on their needs, she obtained her life, health, property & casualty license in 2005 and has never looked back.
She enjoys and specializes in personal lines and agricultural insurance going back to her “farm girl” roots.
In her spare time, she enjoys lake time & traveling with her husband, gardening and spending time with her kids, grandkids, and her fur kids
Tina has enjoyed working with the public for many years. She is looking forward to increasing her knowledge of insurance, getting to know our clients, and helping our clients with their insurance needs.
In her free time, she loves entertaining friends at her home and working on her little hobby farm.
